Hello there!

I’m Nick Gilmartin and this is my new website featuring and promoting the best of Food and Drink in the West Midlands area.

I have fifteen years experience in the Hospitality trade, from branded restaurants and pubs all the way up to five star hotels at home and in Ireland. I have been everything from a professional cocktail bartender to a silver service waiter and sommalier.

More recently I have been re-training as a chef and starting to get into my stride at last.

However I really do enjoy cooking and drinking, and with Keith Floyd gone someone has to keep up the tradition.
